TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

NATURE OF ENGAGEMENT
The consultation is a private, in-person meeting intended for reflective dialogue, attentive listening and strategic perspective.
The nature and scope of each consultation is determined individually. No particular advice, recommendation or conclusion is guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Fees are non-refundable following confirmation of an engagement where the client cancels.
A confirmed consultation may be rescheduled at Nelvett's discretion and subject to availability.

REQUESTS & ACCEPTANCE
Requests are ordinarily made no less than one month in advance. A shorter interval may be considered where circumstances permit and at Nelvett’s discretion.
Submission of a request does not constitute acceptance. Nelvett reserves the right to decline any request, and no engagement exists unless and until acceptance has been expressly confirmed.

CONFIDENTIALITY & COMMUNICATION
Discussions are strictly confidential. Recording of any kind is not permitted without prior written consent. No third-party presence is permitted without prior agreement.
Communication prior to and on the day of the consultation is conducted by email.

FEES & ARRANGEMENTS
The applicable fee is payable in full, in one payment, in cleared funds prior to the consultation. Fees are payable in GBP unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any bank, transfer, currency conversion or payment processing charges are the responsibility of the client.
The stated fee encompasses travel undertaken by Nelvett in connection with the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Arrangements for the meeting venue, including any associated cost, remain the responsibility of the client.
Payment does not override Nelvett's discretion to decline or not proceed with an engagement. Where Nelvett declines or elects not to proceed following payment, the fee will be refunded in full.

CONDUCT & FURTHER ENGAGEMENT
The consultation is conducted with mutual respect, discretion and professionalism. Nelvett reserves the right to discontinue an engagement where conduct is threatening, abusive, disruptive or otherwise incompatible with the nature of the consultation. Where an engagement is discontinued on this basis, the fee remains non-refundable.
Any further engagement is subject to separate acceptance, scope and fee agreement. The initial consultation creates no obligation or expectation of continuing engagement.
Any telephone contact following the consultation is provided solely at Nelvett’s discretion and where further engagement is agreed.
